Wide format sheet converting

RESIN CART increases own technological ability installing a new wide format high speed precision Sheeter which allows to cut very fastly rolls width up to 1700mm. in sheets of any length (min. 1 cm.) with the tolerance of +/- 1 millimetre. The new machine allows as well a longitudinal cut.
Normally used for the converting of silicone coated papers and films, the new machine allows as well to address to companies which need the cutting from rolls to sheets of their own materials.
With this new purchase RESIN CART is today able to supply siliconized papers and films and transfers supports in any format and to cut quickly and at a low price special materials for companies operating in other industries.

Silicone double coated rings for adhesive tapes packing

Aware that 2009 will be an important year, rich of challenges and characterized even more from a great attention of the market to suppliers’ flexibility and costs’ saving, RESIN CART begins 2009 increasing it’s range of possible size format cuts of siliconized materials.
In addition to sheets, stripes, rectangles and squared of any dimension till a maximum of cm. 150x150, RESIN CART is today able to cut and supply quickly, at very low prices, also circular forms (rings or squared with central hole used as separators in adhesive tapes packing) or any other personalized form (for example shapes of apparel parts).

Wall-Self Adhesive and Wall-Decal Film

RESIN CART introduces two new transfer films for wall decoration and restoration applications and for interior and exterior graphic decoration: WALL-SELF ADHESIVE and WALL-DECAL FILM, this one available both with Gloss and Matt finishing. WALL-SELF ADHESIVE and WALL-DECAL FILM are available in rolls with height up to 1,5 mt. and personalized length depending on your needs. You will able to print any subject by using an eco solvent plotter and to apply it easily by following clear tips for use. WALL-SELF ADHESIVE and WALL-DECAL FILM perfectly cover corners, bendings, furrows and imperfections of the internal or outside wall to decorate.

Now available Decal Paper for inkjet printers

RESIN CART increases its range of products for the graphic applications with the introduction of Decal Paper for inkjet printers. DECALCO Inkjet can be printed with standard inkjet inks and then applied by using the slide-off method to decorate glass, plastic, metal, wood and pottery surfaces.

Transfer Paper for laser and inkjet printers

Within its program of widening the range of transfer supports RESIN CART introduces the transfer paper for copiers and laser printers (with or without fuser oil) and inkjet.
To the traditional versions for light, dark and coloured supports RESIN CART adds the silk screen effect “self carving version for light supports that allows to avoid the carving of the image since paper doesn’t release glue where it is not present the toner. Size format available: A3 and A4.

Now available Sublimation Transfer Paper for digital printing

After the introduction in its range of transfer products of sublimation paper for silk screen printing or litho printing, RESIN CART introduces today the sublimation transfer paper for digital printing specifically planned for inkjet plotter.

Films transfer release: now available two sides matt Polyester film

RESIN CART increases its range of products for the transfer applications with the introduction of two sides matt Polyester film. It’s a Polyester film coated on both sides and heat stabilized on which are screen printed images to be transferred onto fabrics, metal surfaces, glass and plastics by cold or hot peeling off processes.
